My name is Angela, and I am currently pursuing acceptance into a doctoral program for Clinical Psychology. After obtaining a Bachelor of Health Services from Florida Atlantic University, I enjoyed a career in health services administration where I facilitated the delivery of health care and social services to disadvantaged populations. I also spent a few years as physician recruiter.

In addition to my formal education, I have indulged my life-long interests in philosophy, culture and world religions through self-study and travel. I enjoy outdoor fitness activities, especially biking and hiking. I also enjoy music, movies, documentaries and books.

I have a deep interest in the ways individuals achieve balance in their lives; physically, mentally and spiritually. The blog, CHRYSALIDES, is a place to share my thoughts with others who share a similar interest. I invite feedback and discussion, so please feel free to leave a comment.
