いろいろなフォロー手段があって迷いますよね・・いまだによくわかっていないのですが、フォローできるのは、こちらのMy Dashboardのコミュニティーと、ブログを登録している人はそのブログ、に対してフォローができるようです。
あとフレンド登録がありますが、フレンド登録ができるとPrivateMessageのやり取りができるようになるようです。
それとMyDashboadに対する投票Voteとブログの各記事に対するVoteもできます。さらに、ブログのReviewもできるようです（まだやったことありませんが）。
機能盛りだくさんで使いこなせません・・・
