I'm a Norwegian who escaped the cold and snowy winters for the tropical island of Mauritius - and I've never looked back. I'm in the early 50's, married and happily childfree. I'm 'mom' to one spoilt rotten cat and two dogs.
For the last 5-6 years I have been into quilting. After finishing some big quilts earlier this year, my latest craze is bag making. I'm a totally newbie on bag making and have lots to learn.
Some of my other passions are gardening, cooking & baking, hiking, photographing, interior/architecture, cross-stitching, stitchery, hardanger etc.
