As a New York City-based nurse with backgrounds in pharmacology, medical research, medical spa aesthetics, and cosmetic dermatology, I began to wonder about the ways people go about achieving beauty. Because of the vast advancements in technologies, procedures, and fashion evolution, it’s so hard to stay up to date. I feel it’s especially important to know how well a product or procedure works, and how it will affect your well-being.
