Hi all! I'm Jacqueline, founding editor of the beauty blog A Brilliant Brunette, beauty lover, and grad student. Along with being a beauty blogger I am also a freelance writer and Tucson makeup artist.

Along with my passion for all things beauty, I also have passion for education and teaching. I've spent a majority of my career loving my work in public education. With my Bachelors in Liberal Studies and Education, I am now working toward becoming a certified teacher while also earning my Masters degree.

Though I'm in the education field, I'd also love to get into copywriting, social media, or being an editor...beauty editor, maybe. It's another passion of mine and working in it would be amazing.

Some of my other loves are my family, friends, my two adorable dogs, cooking, and cupcakes. Though I am currently residing in Southern Arizona, I also have an unwavering love for the San Francisco Bay Area where I was born and raised.
