Wrapping me up in just a short 1500 words is pretty hard, I shall do my best. As I was growing up watching my mom cook basic meals was of great interest to me! Now as I am older and I recall a lot of the traditions my mom taught me, I find myself always looking for more. My biggest challenge, having one too many things occupying my mind. As most can sympathize with me, raising a family, maintaining a home, and any personal interest takes 99% of our time. Not going to lie to you, sometimes I am looking for the quick and easy way to accomplish most common everyday things. So, as my blogging journey begins, I look forward to sharing thoughts and expressions with all of you on all the different and eventful aspects of my world. As well, I look forward to the many who are already posting exceptional advise. You are going to find me writing about cooking, gardening, raising animals, horses, and who knows what else!! Remember, I am a simple minded easy going stay at home mom, I don't always get it right!
