Ah memories. I can't tell you how long it has been since I had real cake. I have Celiacs- an allergy to wheat and gluten so the only cake that is remotely good and good for me is from some Canadian company called Kinnickinic. But it is very good. I graduated from the Western Culinary Institute and was very good at baking...but now I need to learn all over again and it is a royal pain! I really enjoy your blog. Keep it up. Happy New Year.
