Hi, I'm MK. I blog at cultivatinghabits.com. The idea is simple: pick 12 habits that I want to incorporate into my life. Start each habit at the start of each month. Pile habit upon habit.
I have a feeling that realizing this plan is not going to be so simple. I’ve heard that it takes 6 weeks to form a habit. According to psyBlog, it takes much longer. Like 42 days longer.
But they have to start somewhere right?
So, I’m expecting the first month of each habit to be the hardest. Hopefully after that it’ll get easier.
The end goal really is to have at least some of these habits just become part of my healthy lifestyle.
