Hi Everyone! I'm a forty-something stay-at-home mom who has just about run out of people to stay home for. My four kids range in age from 16 to 24. Since I love to read, I decided to enrich my days by blogging book reviews. I do not in any way pretend to have perfect taste in books. There is no guarantee of satisfaction if you take me at my word and read a book I have enjoyed, that you decide has been a waste of your time. What I can promise is an eclectic variety of suggestions and reviews based on my own experiences and thoughts. I love to read; I love to write and I love to exchange thoughts and ideas with intelligent others. As Mark Twain is purported to have said: "The man who does not read good books has no advantage over the man who can't read them." So let's do it!
