I meant the book students and not the movie students. In the movie, they seemed to be not really bright because the teacher told them they were Nazis. They must not have known what Nazis were based on their reactions.

Was this the group of students who fund-raised and went to Germany to visit the old German lady who hid Anne Frank? I think I saw a part of this movie.

I loved this book because I taught me about what went on back then. Also if I lived back then I would never had been a friend with the people I am today. It would have also make me a different person than I am today. I was just shocked when I read this book and I am not ever halfway don’t with I yet. The one part I hated in it was when a girl a jumped on the bus because she was fat. I could not have believed I felt very sorry for that girl.

Freedom Writers the book.
~ My reaction to this book was that could not believe that this was actually happening to kids. The author was the actually the teacher that taught the class and she helps the kids from freshmen year to senior year. She used diary to organize her book. She took the kid diaries and put in the story. So this story was about there journey though high school.
Also I never thought that kids were this bad. In there school the separate them self into groups like Asian, Black, White and ect. They never were friends with any other race but their race. Also some of the kids had to carry guns around to protect them self on the streets. I was shocked when a kid said he didn’t know why he was in this English class because he is usually with the white people. I hated the part when one of the kids saw his friends get shot. He was in a store and his friend ran n then gotten shot.

It’s getting serious. 1-4-13
• This is about Katy Perry is getting serious with John Meyer. I am happy for her. People are always judging her so I think she deserves to settle down with a man she loves. Even though I go to say there is a huge age difference. But like people ay don’t judge a book by its cover. All her friends and family love him and they are happy for her as well. I believe the author written this for gossip. He or she just wants to spread rumors around and they don’t care if it is real or fake. The pattern in the article is importance. They start off with the juice stuff to make the people read it then it just gets dull and they are still in to because they want to read all about it. See they start say that they spend a lot of time together than they do not talk they all the sudden they are together again. I think that they are just regular people that want a relationship just like everyone else in the world. If this of true of not but people do that all the time. Like they say in the article they went to dinner. Wow they went to dinner like ever one eats dinner. So he took her out. They could be dating or just friends but I don’t know why ever one is in their life. Everyone gets a girlfriend or boyfriend. So that’s what I think.

The house on Mango Street. (pages 28-110)
~ This sections was about when her sister is about to get married and move. Also it was about how different their family is. It was also about whom lives on her block. at school when she goes and eats lunch at home because they have to. The only way you don’t have to is when you live too far.. Then she had gotten a job and she started to work for the first time in her life. She has always wished for her house and hopes that she can get out of the as soon as possible then she finally say good bye to her house on Mango Street... My reaction to this book was shocked because they did not hang out with the opposite gender like we do now. Also they did not have a lot of the stuff we have today. Like the guy that owned the corner shop had to leave his lights off because he was not able to afford the electric. So I was shocked the way she had described their house. She said it was crippled small and bad looking. I could never see me living in a condition like that. The way that I was put the notes is an outline because they do not really have chapters they have sections. So they are usually either a half or four pages. So that is how I would organize my note to make them look neat.

My reaction to The House on Mango Street was that:
I could not believed that she has moved 4 times in her life and she about my age. Also that they had just gotten her first bike. I also was shocked that the boy and girl do not hangout on there street. Not even if they siblings.

About? - This good is about a girl her name means "hope" in English. She has always wanted to live in a big beautiful house but she can’t afford it, she has 7 people in her family including herself. On her street there are two ratty looking girls and bad man and the queen of cats. The queen of cats has millions of cats. She has big, small, round, Skinny cats. She has cats in the bathroom on the fridge in the bedroom everywhere you go there are cats. On these streets girls only can be friends with girl a boy can only be friends with boys. Also there is a junk store at the end of the street. They have no light because they can afford it so they shop in the dark. They also had brought their fist bike for 15 dollar. A new kid name Meme had moved in but that is not his real name it is Juan. He also has cousins named Lucy they became friend. In her family they have not at all have the same hairs like at all. She was has no friends because the boy and girls do not hang out and that the only kid on the street. Nanny her sister can really be friends because one she is her sister and number two she is way too young. Her brothers and her talk but once they go out they act like there never talked in their life. That what I have read in the story,

In freedom Writers the pattern is that they are journals. The author intent is that she wanted to show kids that it dose not k ow what kind od situation your living in if t=you have the intention to learn then you will succeed.
