Having been embroiled in the UK family Law system since 2004,I went in search of where they might do it better!To my suprise matters are as bad in the US,worse in Canada and more open but far from ideal in Australia!6 years on and a culmination of lots of study I have decided to show the World so as part of my reseach and feed back I can lobby MP's and others for change.I not only have this blog, which at 7th Nov 2009 I am particularly proud of, but seem to have become well known in the family law talks and in newspapers as something of an authority largly because I stay up to date with the latest developements then send it around the world quickly.
There are 2 types of people, those who have been affected by this failure in the law and those who have not! Part of what I try to do is inform those who are unaware of the injustices that are performed in these 'closed courts', as most right minded people would assume justice is justice, but I am here to tell you it is not as far as family law is concerned and if you are contemplating a seperation and go to a lawyer for advice my advisce is DO NOT you will be ripped off and will never get the out come you hope for!
The associated subject to all this is the effect Social Services have on children this is when the state intervenes and in the UK this is a poorly administered Department from top to bottom at the top of the Children's Schools and Families is the Minister I do not believe is minister enough for the task in hand!
