I love deeply and treasure every friendship as if it’s the only friend I’ll ever have. We only fail if we don’t put forth a good effort to succeed. I think everyone should follow their dreams and take chances. Years later you won’t regret the things you did, but you’ll regret not taking the chances given. I don’t believe in regretting something that at one point made you smile and happy. Karma isn’t something that should be taken lightly. I am a firm believer in what comes around goes around. I am not vindictive or vengeful, I live and let live. I might forgive too easily but, forgetting is something I find difficult to do. Your actions speak louder than words in my book, tell me you love me treat me bad then your words become null and void. I have been heard saying, “Do you want the beautiful lie or the painful truth?” either way doesn’t a beautiful lie hurt as much or even more as the painful truth. I am a hopeless romantic. I mean hopeless! A sentimental fool that hangs on to every word, song and trinket like it’s a lifeline. I have always been the thinker and a dreamer but had enough common sense to separate the dreams from reality, until I had the wonderful illusion of living my own fairytale love story. Now as I watch it fade I am left with an empty void that I‘ve been learning to live with, were I use writing as my crutch.

Learning to live half alive…. but alive enough to keep myself afloat in this sea of life I live.
