Registered Dietitian and Licensed Nutritionist for over 30 years with experience in journalism, education, web and social media designs, recipe analysis and modifications, menu planning and grant writing. I received a Doctoral degree in Nutrition Education and Counseling, with a minor in statistics and a Master's degree in Medical Biology and Nutritional Biochemistry.

I'm the editor of Wellness News, a publication that provides current news, events and resources in Nutrition, Food, Health, Food Recalls, Safety, Disability Rights and Environmental Issues. Wellness News encourage awareness and inspire ideas for Journalists, Educators, Consumers and Health Professionals. In addition, we provide employment opportunities to individuals with special needs, such as Cerebral Palsy, Autism, Down syndrome, and Muscular Dystrophy.

A few years ago, I created Dietitians-Online to acknowledge the contributions of the Dietitian (RD and APD) on the Internet. This has allowed dietitians around the world to network with each other, as well as the media, consumers, health professionals and educators.
