I always remember my parents when it comes to family matters. According to them, family is very important. A family member should be treasured no matter what. They implant in my innocent mind as a youngster of making your life better than what they have when you are still living with them.

At the very least of it, don't depend too much in making decision specially when you are on the right age. BE INDEPENDENT! When I start making a living on my own, the hardship is hearth breaking. I wanted to my parents if I they could help me but I got a second thought.

I am grown up so why do I have to ask them financial assistance when in fact they are getting older. Then, I promised myself to keep on moving forward. I pushed myself onward till one day I reach something.

I am not saying what I had done is the best thing nor the best way to be successful but it is just a steeping stone to be independent.

Finally I am back after quite some time. I missed writing and while I was away, I felt the emptiness of not writing what I have in my mind. Well, I had gone through a lot for the past year such as giving birth or having my first born--- that keeps me away but since I am back I'll make sure to write again. :)

Life should be dealt firmly. It has a lot of challenges which we sometimes couldn't notice till we get stumble.

It is like rolling bowling. You try to hit the target yet it is difficult to reach it because as the ball rolled its way through it, it whirled around before it reaches the target.

Even how careful we are of everything we do, I always end up asking how I must avoid these challenges to be on top right away? But one reminds me every time I got confuse- life is like a rolling ball. Be ware on how you roll it so it will lead you to the right path.

Lesson learned as we strive with its inevitability. Its irrevocable bliss will narrow the search of fruitful endeavor.

Time flies so fast. It is as fast as the thunder sound before the lightning reaches the ground.

A month ago is January where we welcome the coming of 2011 but days passed and heart month is coming on its way.

It is somewhat unbelievable for there is just few days to count until we end the 2011. I am wondering what would be the best thing that will happen this year to everyone.It's something that I look forward day by day.

Isn't that fun? Waiting for the result of every decisions we make and the best option we take?

Well, it may be fun for me but I am not sure for the others.

Guys, let's start and discover the wonder of the 2011. Let us be positive that whatever we plan it is for the best.

Time flies too fast. It is as fast as the light reaches the ground. It is as fast as the thunder give its roaring sound.

I can't wait nor stop myself from counting the days left and the weeks to come as I continue to learn new stuff with my current job.

This week is our nesting period. This will take two more weeks before we'll be endorsed to the production floor.

Thinking of it makes my knees feel like a jelly yet so excited but nervous. The reality of it is so overwhelming. After my shift, it feels like I still don't want to go home yet. I feel like my day isn't over yet.

Whew! We have to expect more as what our SME's told us the day we were endorse to nesting. It feels like the knowledge we had during our product training isn't that enough to meet all the expectations set. But my group mates and I think of the best way in gaining the scores required.

We are trying our best to keep our AHT lower than the allotted time given to us. We are coping with the circumstances of what we are expected to deal with. It is a challenge that we all want to take.

Bygones be bygones is what we always say when we wanted to move on and forget the past memory that we had had.

But how will we apply it when you yourself cannot move on? Will you only say it or better act it out?

For all the people who cannot do it, action is louder than words.

Learning new things from the current work doesn't guarantee you to be part of it for the rest of your stay in the company. It is a matter of applying all those new things that you learn during the duration of your stay.

Move and equip yourself with it, brace the changes and the challenges it gives you so you can adjust and get along with the flow of learning.

I am on the track of my career where I have to do alot of studies. I am dealing with an experienced people where I can sometimes feel downgraded, yet as I continue to stay with it, I can say, I can be with the group. I can do the same thing as experienced one.

Thanks to God! I am still blessed than others of having the wisdom and gaining the knowledge I will be needing on the production floor.

Few days more to go and it's 2011. I have been thinking of doing self-evaluation and try to forgive the people who try to trash me down for the whole 2010. This is what I can say, Thank you for that becuase it helps me become stronger and wiser. I learn a lot from it. With it I was able to manage to concentrate, focus, and grow from what you caused me.

I am not a bitter as you yet I am hoping one day, you'll realize your mistakes. Thank you and Good Luck for the years to come.
