I was born on Rockwell and Potamac in 1967. At that time Humboldt Park was going thru changes. By 1972 we had been burned out of there from the gang wars. My parents brought a house in Logan Square. Logan Square was not like it is now. There were Gangs on every corner with main sections surronding the Grammer school. For example: Avondale had the Latin Disciples, Darwin had the O/A's and the school i went to Brentano which had the Spainish Lords. And if you went to any of them you were highly recruited or others would just assume that you were.

It didnt matter if you hispanic or white. If you went to a certain grammerschool you were in that gangs network and that was final. What happen to me and a bunch of my neigbhors was that the principle at Brentano (DR Kubistal) wanted to send all the "trouble" kids to Monefiour and allot of parents protested by sending there kids away to other cites. I went to Puerto Rico but a bunch of my other friends went to New York. Once we all got back together of course wanted to make our own gang. Thats when BBOYB ABC amd Seen ABC said "NO" we gotta do this. And they explained to us what New York kids were doing. They explained that New York Kids were having fun by getting there name up around the city. And that they had crews. After thaat we knew what to do hense the birth of ARTISTIC BOMBING CREW.
