As a Mother, Wife, Sister, Daughter, Friend, Counselor, and Business Owner, I have the incredible opportunity to listen, share, learn, teach and create. I am so excited about my life and the diretion God is taking me. My journey did not start with wealthy beginnings, but I always knew that I was blessed. For as far back as I can remember, my mother would always say, "You are a blessed child". I expect blessings to come my way. I expect Favor, and I have never felt shortchanged in either of those areas. As a man (or woman) thinketh, so is he (or she). I want to impact as many lives as possible in a positive way. My goal is to make sure that my children and their children live a life of excellence. My childhood was fun, exciting, and busy. I want the same for my children. One of my personal dreams is to write children's books. I have read many stories over the years, and I always say that everything we learned in life, we learned from reading (or having read to us) our childhood stories. Those are the types of books I want to write. Something that has an impact and stays with you years and years later, and teaches you in a fun way life's lessons. This blog is going to give me a way to test my writing, and my storytelling - I love telling stories. The stories I tell to my kids are stories of life and things that we have experienced.
