Born and raised in Canada, the peacekeeper. I'm a retired paramedic who has now become a fulltime writer, gardener, photographer, knitter and anything else that's creative and fun. My first book, The Guardian's Wildchild was published by Omnific Publishing September 2011. Since then I've become committed to connecting with readers and other authors. I also find joy in sharing what I've learned about maintaining a healthy lifestyle, maintaing balance in my physical, mental, emotional and spiritual growth.
