Gifting Whisperer

The Gifting Whisperer is my life through a veil of tissue paper and a web of ribbon… with (hopefully) some fun ideas and inspiration in between.

I’m a Native New Yorker (yes we exist), married mom of two amazing kids, still living in New York City (we don’t all move away). I love to have fun gatherings and enjoy finding gifts for people important to me. Along the way I’ve learned a thing or two about myself, about life and what to do (and not to do) from those experiences. On my blog I share gift lists and guides through personal stories and create gift guides through narratives from my real life--the good, the bad and the ugly. Along the way I've learned that personal time and attention is priceless and in scarce supply, so when you give, do so selflessly but wisely. Making recipients and guests feel special by showing them you know who they are and what is important to them will mean more than showing them you’ve spent gobs of money... But I'm also a city girl, so I know how to spend!
