My name is Kim and I'm a certified coach, focused on helping individuals and organizations maximize success. After more than 10 years in Corporate America, I left in 2010 when I had a baby. Disillusioned by my previous roles, I chose to pursue my passion for helping others navigate their careers. I began by coaching professionals interested in making career transitions, at which time I noticed that many were not unhappy with their work, but with their organizations. I, therefore, expanded my coaching practice to help businesses more effectively leverage their talent. This seemed a natural extension of the skills I developed in my own career, as well as an opportunity to apply my education in psychology and business. I recently earned an MBA with a concentration in organizational development from Boston College. I use my blog to express my thoughts about issues ranging from career development to employee engagement.
