We are Guardabarranco, SA. We create an exchange of knowledge and culture between the communities in Nueva Segovia, Nicaragua and volunteers through home-stays, work exchange, and teaching. As well, we offer tours of the community and coffee farms to travelers, and provide connections to local ceramicists and a guitar craftsman. It is one of our primary goals to use the money we generate by giving tours of small coffee farmer's land to industry professionals create a demonstration farm and agricultural learning center in the rural community of Mozonte.

Our blog, Guardabarranco S.A. focuses on our daily struggles and achievements, as well as providing articles and mini-lessons about agricultural techniques and the cultivation of specialty coffee.
