The founder of Hassle-Free Cashflow Investing, David Campbell, started investing in real estate while he was a full time high school band director with zero net worth. Within six years and before the age of 30, David had become a real estate millionaire and financially independent while investing in real estate part-time. In 2005 David retired from teaching public school to start a real estate development and investment company. His real estate investing experience has included houses, apartments, retail, office, medical, condo-conversion, triple net-leased properties, syndications, land development, and production home building.

Although David left the formal classroom in 2005 to focus on excelling as a real estate entrepreneur, his passion for teaching and helping others succeed has never left. Today, he's enjoying blogging on different Real Estate investing topics and showing others how to succeed at Real Estate investing.
