Fil-Chi, born in the Philippines but raised like a Chinese. I spent my childhood years like a normal kid here in the Philippines, i got to experience running on the street, play Filipino games, spent afternoons outdoors, play with water from rain, and most especially walk through flood. :)

I will probably blog (since I'm just new here) about new scientific researches, or papers I made from random food or processed food, might also be about a new movie I just watched, places I just traveled, or any random things I could write about.

Back in my elementary and high school student years, I never had a thought about being a Food technologist, studying everything about Chemistry, math and all other sorts of subjects related to technical terms. But one thing i was definitely interested to is FOOD.

I dream to be a successful Food technologist, the kind which is truly COMPASSIONATE, COMMITTED and COMPETENT. I shall get my Master Science in Food Science or Food Technology abroad, to enhance my knowledge more.

And in time, I'll be able to explore the world.

YES! I am that AMBITIOUS. Through guidance of the Higher being, and with the support of my family, friends and of course myself encouragement. I CAN! because I am MEANT to be.
