I have been grilling and making bbq since I was a kid. My main focus is on Weber charcoal grills. The flavor charcoal puts into any cut of steak, pork, chicken, seafood and veggies is better than any spice alone. You may thing that you just put the food on the grill and take off when done but there are many techniques. Direct and indirect heat, searing meat and making proper grill marks, rubs and seasoning. I do it all and make it taste good.

Brian,
Grilling is one of my favorite things to do. I love grilling, well I guess I love eating and cooking, but grilling is the best. I enjoy grilling over wood, but charcoal is also great. They both beat out gas grills. Thank you for being around. Good day to you!

I love cooking on the grill too. I only use charcoal myself...so much better to me. I'm really gonna try to keep up with your posts. I posted my recipe for BBQ a while back on my blog. Check it out sometime. Go to the "Beer & Food" category to find it quicker. Great blog you have.
