Mother of 2, wife of 1 and a bit of a whizz at amateur consumer/employee/financial rights. I like keeping people on their toes and my biggest bugbears are rudeness, inefficiency, incompetence and corporate bullyboys. In my 30+ years I have led many lives and fought many battles.
