Thrisa Wangchuk

Hello Everyone Out There,

My name is Kinley Wangchuk. I come from a humble farming background and received my qualification from various schools and college within the Country, Bhutan. I am currently working for a majorly government-owned manufacturing Company.

I am an ardent Buddhist and it influences me a lot in my personal as well as professional lives. But I believe in other religions too for, to me, all religions are merely different path to the same goal. We just take different paths to reach the common destination.

My current profession is marketing and it keeps me on my toes. Business competition compels me to keep my senses alert. I may have not succeeded in my profession; neither have I failed. I will continue to carry on with the same profession for sometime. I have my future mapped for the next two to three years by my Company.

I am married to Jamyang Yuemi. She inspires me when I am dry of encouragement and gives me support and a shoulder to lean on when I need them the most. In short, she is my best half.

We have four children. They are all school-going and by the grace of Gods and good wishes of family members, relatives and friends they are forging through their lives well. Our children are the very reason of our living.

I am bad in politics and always want to remain apolitical. But sometimes I become critical and that's the time when I feel that I have some politics in my blood.

Only time would tell what can be made out of me.
