Speaking and performing professionally since 1999, Lady Khadija is an arts activist, poet, and youth advocate, able to connect with individuals from all walks of life. She presented workshops and performed across the country and over-seas, using her many skills and talents to inform, inspire, encourage and empower.

In addition to speaking engagements and performing her fiery brand of Spoken Word Soul, Lady Khadija is an entrepreneur. She studied Early Child Hood Care and Development at the University of Cincinnati and has received certifications in Portable Video Production, Graphic/ Web Design, Internet Radio Production and Internet Marketing. She uses the entirety of her skills in her writing and developing her organization, project: Development, Growth, Training & Sustainability (project:DGTS) and is looking forward tot he launch of her grass roots advocacy initiative, Project Purple Ribbon
