The final project has been hard for me. Very thankful we had the quarter to think about and work on. I have decided my topic for the final project is BALANCE the balance of thoughts and feelings. Sometimes I think my feelings will hurt me, but they are just thoughts I can change my attitude to change how I am feeling this is a constant balance. I was trying to do work with BODY, MIND AND SPIRIT. In order for me to have a positive body, mind and spirit I am in work of balance.

This course has been fun, frustrating, and enlightening. It is so fun to see the final project. I can understand why true artists need to display their hard work. My work was messy and experimental and I still wanted people to view it and wonder. Thank you Tyler for your patience and knowledge.

#9 is the pelvic region or pelvic cavity of the human body. The pelvis is latin for basin. Some of the organs contained in #9 are the bladder, large intestine, and reproductive organs. Being a mother of two amazing and beautiful humans I have a deep personal experience with my # 9. This is where I was able to conceive, protect and nurture. How amazing and miraculous it is to produce another human being.

The topic I am choosing is mind-body- spirit. The older I have gotten the more I realize the importance to have equal balance in all areas of life. I have been working on my mind continually in school and at work. I did not realize how strong my mind could be. Goals to run a marathon and practice yoga have helped to balance and strengthen my body. I tend to think of my soul as the spiritual part of my being. I have been working on my spiritualality lately as we'll. I am surprised how hard I could be on myself yet still able to regain my well being in all areas. Increased stress can take a toll on your balance, I really have to make sure to listen to what my needs are. Food, rest, exercise, love and meditation can help me to keep a healthy balance. I guess I like the topic body-mind-soul because if you can accomplish a balance with these three you have figured out how to live in balance in this crazy world.
