Enjoying life one day at a time!
It was nice going back to the original exercises from the beginning of the course. I forgot how hard they were but I enjoyed them because they are effective. I know my stomach is going to be sore in the morning. I like the teaching days as well because now I can incorporate both exercises in my routine.
This week I had fun working out. I forced my friends to come with me and we took over the swimming pool at AFC. Swimming is a great exercise. I did a couple of laps and I was beat! I am going to start swimming more often.
I love learning new exercises this week. I have already start using some the exercises in my morning routine. Though I usually work on my core area and butt, I have enjoyed doing cardio workouts to build up some sweat. I also enjoyed teaching the class, the teaching days are a great way for students to learn new exercises for themselves and others.
This week exercise was good. I enjoyed learning new exercises from my classmates. The best part was hula hooping, I did not realize how much that helps with my abs. This I also started new diet to help achieve the perfect abs. I started eating one product foods along with a lot fruits and vegetables.
My butt hurts! Squats with the weights seem to more effective than regular squats. I have been doing squats outside of class and it seem like they were not doing anything but ,since Thursday, I have been using the weights and getting that burn I have been looking for. I also been working on my abs. I have created a new diet to go along with my training as well.
Working out this week was amazing. I was able to run my mile in seven minutes and forty two seconds without feeling like I was going to pass out. I can see improvement in my breathing through core training. This week I have been working on my arms and flexibility in my free time.
Today's workout went really well! Partner exercises seem to be a more effective workout for me. I love the fact that I know more exercises that I can incorporate with my friends. My friends always want to go to the gym with groups but when we go it seems we always do separate exercises, now I can demonstrate how we can do exercises together. My favorite exercise is with the medicine balls!
This week's workouts targeted my arms! I was able to see progression in my arms because they are no longer soar as they were at the beginning. I also enjoyed the ball exercises, though rough, I feel that they were very effective. In the last three weeks I can tell difference in my body. I can tell my stomach is slimming down and my thighs. I still want to work on my butt so this week I am going to try to do more squats and butt exercises.
Yesterday workout was intense, but very helpful. I did not realize how much I needed to work on my arms than I thought. My arms are a little soar today but with more work on them it too shall pass. Yesterday also demonstrated that I am improving on my core because last week I was struggling on doing planks but it was easier this week. In between I do not go to class I will be running at the gym for cardio workouts to even out my activity.

This week I worked on trying to target my abs again. I have been really confusing on my lower body strength that I fell to incorporate my ab workout, so this week I tried to get back in the swing of things. I started to do stand up crunches while I brushing my teeth, going up the stairs and while standing in line. I also begin to run again. I am trying to get in the routine and walking up early to do ab workout and just running at night.
