I love dogs! I foster when I can, it is very rewarding to help, but very sad to see them go.
I have an eleven year old chi that started to have siezures a few years ago, the vet and I narrowed the cause down to salt or preseratives.
So I decided to research dog treat recipes on the internet to find many. Most with salt. I started just baking some for shelby and leaving salt out. You would not believe the salt that is in everything we buy. So I have to make my own stock, and peanut butter! But I now can feed her treats without worring about her having a seizure.
