Aside from being an awesome mom of two awesome kids, I like to write. Once a campus journalist and features editor for the school paper, I gave up the dream of joining the cut-throat journalism world and decided to explore other options. No, I have NO REGRETS!!! I've had a lot of fun and met a lot of cool people in different fields of employment, including over 10 years in the healthcare and nutrition fields. And now the Internet has provided me a way to have fun writing while I have fun doing other things.
