I am married with two sons, I am going back to school and my goal is a bachelors degree in nursing. I have a brokers license in Real Estate and a license in Surgical Technology; two completely different fields but I love them both. I thought Surgical Tech would be all I wanted to do but I fell in love with the idea of being an OR nurse and decided to further my education.
I am new to blogging and the only reason I am blogging now is because it is required for one of my classes, Im pretty shy when it comes to talking about myself or my ideas but I'm giving it a try hoping I will like it.

I think there are so many blogs, with so many smart people trying to tell the world their view, or feelings on something, that nobody really wants to read someones blog who really doesnt have much to say.

Today, I realized just how important Human Resources is. I hjave a boss who is horriblly unfair and is not shy about people knowing who her favorites are. Today, I was alomost let go because of a "favorite", I was actually asked to submit a resignation or be fired, when I refused to resign, I was told to come to her office first thing in the morning. I brought Human resources with me of course my boss denighed everything. I now know how valuable HR is, not sure how great of a relationship Ill have with my boss since I know her be a liar now but at least I still have a job....for now.

This is my second post to my blog. I started this blog as a class assignment and was a little nervouse about posting but as writing has become part of my daily activities I think it's becoming a litte easier to blog. I had heard of blogging before but never gave it much thought as something I would do - since I've started I"ve really enjoyed reading what other people write about, I really never knew it could be so informative and interesting. I am greatful to my instructor for this assignment.

I am a little shy, sometimes painfully shy when it comes to drawing attention to myself. Of course you would never know this if you knew me personally, I am very outgoing.
I will listen, ask questions, engage in conversation, and most importantly laugh with people I just met and enjoy them completely - turn the focus onto me personally and I get very quiet...shy. This word has never been used to describe me, is actually kind of funny.
How can a person be so outgoing and friendly but yet so shy at the same time? I think this is why I am having such a difficult time starting my blog. I hope this post, and maybe some responses will help me get over my thoughts of being boring.
