I starting writing novels 20 years ago after retiring (early) from a life of international business, and I created booksthepublishersmissed.com when I got tired of my books being turned down on the strength of a one-page synopsis and a couple of sample chapters by an industry too profit-oriented for its own good. When I am happy that I know how to sell books, and I'm getting there, I'll start taking on the books of other deserving unpublished writers. It's been a good life and I'm at an age that it's time to start giving something back.
