I grew up in New Orleans, the best city in the USA. After Katrina I moved to New York City and survived 5 years of 'real winters' and culinary school. Needing a change of scenery I decided Buenos Aires, Argentina was my next stop, AND I'M LOVING IT! Here is where I decided to start a food blog in between cooking Cajun/Creole & Mexican (my fave!) cuisines. I'm preparing to open my first closed-door restaurant AND COULDN'T BE MORE EXCITED!!
