No, I still don't see racism here. No mention of any name calling, being harrassed involving his colour etc. Or being constantly stopped all the time for no reason etc etc....
The only issue I see is the reason why the cop arrested him! Was it for drinking alcohol or trespassing if both were illegal.

I think if you let your audience know how often you publish a post, you can still build up an audience without having to blog everyday.
Some bloggers do a post once a week, once a fortnight or even every month and they seem to have a fair amount of readers etc...
