Our blog, www.trappedinaboxblog.com is about life in OC California, love and the pursuit of radness. We are a nifty little blend of skaters, surfers, photographers, artists, gardeners, writers, Jeopardy know it all's, foodies, and geeks. We write about things that move, disturb and amuse & educate.
I started Trapped in a Box in 2010 as an outlet for me to write about my hobbies and the fun things to do in OC. In two years, it has become much more than that. We have radio, advertising, copy writing, tech backgrounds here and love to be creative with Adobe and photography. So what started out as a blog about random things using random photos off the internet, has streamlined into a blog about OC life that uses most of our own photos in unique and creative ways.

We like to showcase and review the local places, music, products and stores that we have found to be the best at what they do. We also like to point you in the direction of local friends who make awesome things. We believe in quality handmade goods as opposed to cheap plastic crap. So we are always on the hunt to bring you the coolest, yummiest stuff.

OC life is unlike much of the rest of the US. We have a unique perspective here. You can go from the beach to the snow in the same day here. Los Angeles is just up the freeway and Vegas is just a few hours away. There is plenty of excitement to be had here and the most awesome ways to rest and relax. That is what were about.
