Shaving your head can be a life changer!! Sounds crazy but listen to this. About 15 years, I decided to shave my head bald. I was so tired of the same look, a fade with a razor hairline and waves. I mentally prepared myself for a change. Mentally prepared and focused on a new change, I applied the shaving cream and began shaving all my hair off my head. Surprised at the outcome, I was really happy with the results. I liked the "New" look. It really made me feel good. It was really refreshing!! It was simple, relevant, easy, and it worked. I liked it so much that I have been shaving my head every since!! Well with the same concept I used for shaving my head i figured I could apply it to my path of a healthier lifestyle. The first thing was getting mentally focused and preparing myself for a change. I am burnt out with the same routine exercising and I am ready for a change. My goal is to share my daily journey of different workout plans that are simple, easy, and effective.
