I'm currently in the process of receiving my teacher's credential in Spanish. I teach Spanish to high school sophomores in Orange County. But what I'm really interested in is the effect of the Internet on education. Will the Internet help to improve or change America's public education system? I hope to find some answers while I study for my M.A. at Annenberg's Program for Online Communities (APOC).
I'll keep you posted from stories of awkward high school students learning Spanish (and their insight on the new teenage network fad on the Internet) to questions and comments about discussions, new technology, and speakers from my APOC classes.
