Finding Our Way Now

Susan Cooper lives in Northern California with her husband & her large Maine Coon cat, Samuel. She is a displaced sales and marketing executive who is now blogging. If you ask her about whom she is, she would laugh & say she is an artist, writer, businessperson, out of the box thinker, motivator, teacher, & adventurer. She would also say she is a person who looks at each day as a new adventure with the anticipation of what each tomorrow will bring.

Susan started blogging privately in early 2011 to journal her frustration in her search for a new direction, career if you will. Susan was strongly encouraged to start a live blog to showcase her stories & illustrations by many of her friends. She hesitated because she is dyslexic & was concerned she couldn’t delivery a quality product. One thing led to another & here she is blogging in earnest to a growing audience of loyal followers.

Her blog is all about sharing life’s experiences, fun, food & wine for an added spark. She writes and illustrates stories about life & lessons learned. Susan loves to find super simple & easy recipe. Her mantra about a recipe is it needs to be easy to make, pretty to look at & serve, & delicious to eat. She does all her own photography for her food articles. When it comes to wine, she loves to showcase the smaller boutique wineries that offer some pretty special wines at a reasonable price.
