Are bloggers journalists? what are the differences between a blogger and a journalist?

bloogers write about anything they want, they have the full freedom of expression they are just bounded by moral standard of their own. journalist on the other hand have to follow standard given by the law, their limits are based on laws. Journalist are known even with out the blog, bloggers are known because of their blog. Bloggers are more personal and journalist based their writing on what the public wants to know... most bloggers write something that they want the public to know.
