I consider myself a seasoned citizen of these great United States of America. I also consider myself a provocateur. I use my blog to give my commentary on popular topics of the day. And surely some that are not so popular. I also use it to make income if possible.

I like to write about all sorts of topics. I'm really into the new field of health and wellness products called Stem Enhancers, I believe the future of medicine is in helping our body repair itself. I like to point out the absurdity in government. I also have an opinion on about anything. I like to help people truly interested in improving their life, do so.

My comment on your recent post "Herman Cain / Politically Assassinated". I have had three wolves in my life and also have chickens. It was always necessary to keep a fence between the wolves and the chickens. The "mainstream media" and professional politicians are trying to tear down the fence! Once the wolves get in and the chickens are gone where will we get eggs?

It appears whoever "they" are, have won again. When the conservative thinkers/voters realize they are never going to get a squeaky clean candidate, and quit judging their candidates based on the UN-proven accusations, innuendos, half-truths, and outright lies fed to them by "they;" only then will we begin to change the status quo.

Until that time the only thing I can imagine is, no eggs on the menu.

Thank you for your comment.

Regarding your article "The Problem with Green Power".
Great common sense approach, and you are right that there are those who would prefer centralized "everything". I have done a lot of work with solar panels for individual usage, much of it for ham radio operation. It works fantastic under some individual circumstances, but still too high priced for most common suburban usage. Battery maintenance and panel efficiency are the main factors. The technology is getting there slowly, for example outside lighting with small solar collectors. I have found wind power to be too intermittent and unreliable for most applications.
My brother is one probably one of the leading scientists in solar research, and struggles with his ideas due to governmental intervention. Big federal money is given out to political cronies on the basis of campaign contributions which also draws private investment to those companies. It has nothing to do with innovation, in fact most of the emphasis is on 30 year old technology and centralized power generation.

Thank you Glenn,
When people finally realize that the institution they turn to for solutions to our problems is the problem, maybe we'll be able to make "real" advances in the area of energy self sufficiency and most of the other problems that plague our society.
