With over a decade of Telecom experience, I have learned a lot that I readily share with my clients. I still love what I do and enjoy the challenges that inevitably come with each new account. Customer Service is very important to me, so I make myself available when I am needed. Who wants to be at the mercy of a call center? No one! It is so much easier to buy from a professional business owner who can take care of things FOR you; start to finish......top to bottom. VoIP phone systems are fabulous when matched to the right customer. They are far more functional than an old PBX and can grow with you. I have a strong team of professionals that I refer to all the time, so if you need anything; call me. I only deal with moral, ethical people who have tenure in their industry.
