I received my Bachelors in Dietetics and nutrition, joining that program after my own struggles with weight and an unhealthy relationship with food. I then began branching out my own research into the less popularized natural health and holistic healing. I love running, yoga, experimenting in the kitchen with produce-rich recipes, reading fiction as well as non-fiction on natural health, studying herbs and teas and other ancient medicines, and helping others take steps on their own health journeys! ...this list could go on! But that's the nutshell version regarding why I started writing a blog!
