After years and years of being fat, overweight and unhealthy; I finally had enough and decided it was time that I'd stop making excuses for myself and get my butt into shape.
Finally after enduring hours up hours of research on nutrition, supplements, and training; I was not only able to turn my life around, gain a new outlook on life, health, and weight loss, but I had also acquired a vast wealth of knowledge when it came to weight loss, nutrition, training, and dieting.
I'm here because I know how draining it is to be overweight and how difficult it can be to actually lose weight. I also understand that most people don't always have the time to invest into proper research, so my goal is to share what I know with you.
