For higher productivity should we go even with smaller Agile teams? - There is something to be said about breaking up a big problem into smaller ones and then having small and focused teams resolve one small problem at a time. Agile has embraced this aspect and time and time again we have experienced how small teams are dramatically more efficient than large teams. The oft cited “truism” is that Agile teams should have 7 people plus or minus 2. Perhaps it is time to review this as the more time we spend looking into team size and productivity we see a definite pattern of smaller teams (max 4-5 people) being the more productive. http://www.agiledevelopment.org/agile-talk/for-higher-productivity-should-go-even-smaller

Cost of Low Cost - When is the last time you’ve encountered a high performing offshore Agile team? We guess it has probably been a while. Okay, how about this question - would you offshore your Agile software development if the expense came out of your pocket? http://www.agiledevelopment.org/agile-talk/cost-of-low-cost

Addressing complains about lack of documentation in Agile - One of the objections I hear from managers about Agile is the lack of documentation that comes along with it, especially the lack of documented code. In summary, their concern is that the code will become hard to maintain by developers (aside from the one who wrote the code) just because there is not enough documentation about it. http://www.agiledevelopment.org/agile-talk/addressing-complains-about-lack-of-documentation

New Year Resolution – Let’s commit to do less so that we can achieve more - When you reflect on this year you probably think first about family then the goals you have achieved and the ones you did not. Many of you have also had to struggle with your company and even your close friends and family giving you mixed priorities. This usually leads to less than optimal results. http://www.agiledevelopment.org/agile-talk/editorial/new-year-resolution
