Alana Jo

I am Alana Jo, and I am the owner of these PR-Friendly blogs. I am 30 years old and I am a wife, a mommy, a blogger, an avid reader, and a bit of an aspiring photographer. I am happily married for 10.5 years now, to a wonderful man by the name of Michael, who is 34 years old. We have 2 very spirited, but fantastic children. Bailey (9.5) and Dalton (5.5). That's not all of our 'family' though. We have 3 dogs- Peaches (Lab), Sophie (Shih Tzu), Slinkie (Dachshund), two mixed breed cats named Feisty and Sampson, as well as 6 chickens, 3 goats and some fish.

I come from a pretty big family, I have 2 brothers and 2 sisters who mean the world to me. I am very family oriented.

I am a SAHM, and I am so thankful for that. I am a college graduate with an Associates in Arts, Associates in Science, I have my Medical Transcriptions Diploma, and I also worked for several years as a Certified Nurses Assistant. Most recently I worked as a Direct Care Provider and Medical Coordinator Assistant with a SCL facility that provides an alternative to institutional care for individuals with MRDD.

I enjoy blogging about coupons and deals I find, as well as other ways to save money. But that is not the limit of my blogs. I share about my family and our experiences, my weight-loss battle, photography, digi-scrapping, crafts, quilting, sewing, crocheting, food, recipes, and anything else that hits me. I have also started keeping a list of all the books I read as well.
