I am an addicted Team-Builder. I have been following the birth of The Reverse Matrix (TRM) from the very beginning in 2010. TRM is now in pre-launch and is the most exiting approach to building a team I have ever witnessed in my 10 years /- online. The name "Reverse Matrix" does not give the team-build the full credit. There is a unique trick added to it. You see, there is no win win for all members in a team if they only reverse. That aint gonna work. There will still be loosers. TRM wil revers AND rotate AND split the matrix, so everybody will be in earnings. Another unigue thing is, that TRM will be joining multiple companies and reverse, rotate or split the matrix for every entrance into a new company.
