This report starts with an attribution to the Bolivian president Evo Morales, not a direct quote, about the current state of the Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez. On the first paragraph the reporter uses a direct quote in which the Bolivian president explains how the Venezuelan mandatary is progressing. The reporter writes as well of two other close acquaintances of the Venezuelan president, his brother Argenis and the Foreign Ministry. The report has the news element of timeliness because the remarks by Evo Morales happened in the last days and President Hugo Chavez had an operation last month but is still recovering. Another element and a very important one is the prominency since the remarks are made by a President referring to the current health of a fellow mandatary who he even calls "brother".
