I have a bachelor's degree in commerce and worked in the corporate world for nine years. Upon realizing I could be a better agent of change by teaching, I decided to go back to school and study education. In 2006, I became a professional teacher. At present, I am trying to finish my graduate studies in education.
I am a full-time mother to a twelve-year-old son, a poet, and a hopeless romantic. I write about teaching, home, books, food, crafts, and life in general.
