Semi retired principal after a 38 year career. Have a passion for effective classroom practice and powerful teaching strategies which valued add to students' experiences. Exploring support for relief teachers who fill in for short term absences. I am currently doing ocassional temporary relief teaching work and exploring strategies that enable relief teachers to play a valuable part in the classroom experience.
