Creating /recycling is my middle name.Once it can be conceived I can make it.I design and make jewelry ,art ,craft and I'm big on recycling any and everything.I display and sell my work at Oistin Fish Fry in Barbados mostly on Friday nights.
I have an opinion on mostly everthing and enjoy sharing it with everyone.
Last but by no means least I believe in God strongly and get most of my inspiration from his creations and revelations.
Remember God is Good All the time (not some of the time All the time).

DOING THE BEST I CAN DO
You simply cannot pay anyone back for something they did to you. Look for the lesson and move on. If one man treats you badly, rejects you, abandons you, abuses or disrespects you, you cannot hold all men accountable. Look for the lesson and move on. If your ex-wife took your money, lied to you, neglected your children and your home, it does not mean no woman can be trusted. Look for the lesson and move on. If some White people are racists; some Black people thieves; some intellectual people condescending; some uneducated people lazy; some light people uppity; some dark people ignorant; it does not give you the right or the authority to treat all people who look the same or act the same any way you choose, based on your past experiences. Ask yourself, What can I learn from this situation? What can I do this time that I did not do before? If there is nothing, simply move on.
I am doing the best I can right now.

Beneath all the pain, the disappointment, the resentment and fear that your life will never be as you want it to be, there is love. There is a memory of the touch, the feel, the excitement of love. There is a yearning to know and experience that expression of love. Go there! Be there! Rest there! Celebrate the love that you buried in your heart.
When you celebrate love, the unconditional love that lies beneath all the experiences you have witnessed and participated in, you find a degree of understanding that diminishes mental and emotional anguish. The love beneath the hurt and pain of your life will not allow you to blame anyone. It will stop you from judging yourself and others. The love beneath your pain and the fear of pain will help you to become aware of all the things that you told yourself about love that were just fantasies. Love will remind you not to be upset when the fantasy is revealed. It will remind you of the truth you knew in the first place. The love that lies beneath what happened, however is happened, will remind you that you haven't been rejected, abandoned, abused or defeated. You were simply being given and opportunity to remember that there is a place within you in which you can find everything you need or thought you lost or wished that you had more of. Go there now! Be there now! Rest there now! The only thing that you need to do to find the love in you is to remember. God's love has brought you this far.

You may have forgotten that beneath everything that you have experienced, there is God's love. Just for today, look for the love within and beneath every experience. Remember all of the love that you have given and received. Fill your heart and mind with thoughts of love. Then celebrate yourself for recognizing love.

I am devoted to remembering and celebrating love no matter what else is going on!

Most people will do everything in their power to avoid admitting I don't know! When you do admit I don't know some people respond as if you are crazy! Adamantly they want to know what do you mean you don't know? Contrary to popular belief, when you don't know and can admit it, you are in line for a great healing or a magnificent blessing!

Few know-it alls are blessed with new insights or information. When you are willing to acknowledge that you don't know, you open yourself to all sorts of information and assistance from life. Not knowing may send you on a search. It may open your mind and your eyes to things you have never even thought of before. The things you discover in your search may bless you at some later date, or the search may heal some long-held fear. What a blessing!

An admission of not knowing is a sign of great faith and trust. It means trusting that even when you don't know, you know that when you need to know, you will know! An admission of not knowing is an act of great humility that leads to the healing of the ego. It is the ego that fosters an internal sense of inadequacy. When you feel or believe you are in some way inadequate, it will always feel as if you have something to prove. Admitting that you don't know is a very loving way to acknowledge that you are absolutely fine with who you are and that you are not afraid to admit it. What else do you need to know?

Until today, you may have believed that it was your duty and responsibility to know everything. Just for today, be open and willing to admit what you don't know. Open yourself to receive new information from expected and unexpected sources.

Today I am devoted to acknowledging what I don't know, finding new paths of discovery and incorporating new information into my data bank!

The entire purpose of life here on earth is for people to be free. Why then do we spend so much time acquiring things to make us comfortable and tie us down? Our possessions keep us in bondage to jobs, debts, situations and conditions. We spend precious time fighting with one another as to the right way to fight for the freedom we want. Women want to be free. We sit idly as men control the markets, industries and services that are essential to our survival. Women complain that men oppress them, yet at the same time they believe the things men say women cannot do. Men say they want to be free. The average man spends his average day watching someone else, wondering what someone else is doing, believing someone else is waiting for an opportunity to take what he has. What's the matter with these pictures? We will never be free as long as we need something or someone else to give it to us. Freedom is a state of mind not a tangible condition.

I surrender everything to my freedom.

Along with God's promises come certain commands. We are not talking about the Ten Commandments. Nor are we talking about those edicts that pertain to a particular faith or religion. We are talking about the loving commands that God continues to whisper in our hearts, even when we don't want to hear them. We are addressing those things that we know deep in our souls that we must do purely for the sake of our own good. These commands drive us, inspire us and motivate us. They keep us going. These loving commands instruct us to do things that we know are best for us, and when we find reasons and excuses not to do them, they echo in our hearts as soon as we get in trouble. They command us to do things that make us proud to be who we are, things we can pat ourselves on the back for doing even when those around us do not seem to take notice or care. Only God recognizes and rewards us for doing things that we don't always like to do but are in direct response to the command God has placed in our hearts: "Never grow tired of doing good!"The deeds we do in response to this command are the only things upon which we can build our faith in God, in ourselves, and in the process of life.

Until today, you may have understood why you continue to do the good things that you do, even when it seems no one notices or cares. Just for today, do good knowing it is in response to a command from God.

Today I am devoted to doing good for myself and those around me!.

When we believe we are losing control, we grab on tight. If we want to avoid pain, we hold on for dear life. When we are in fear of losing, looking bad or being abandoned, we tighten our grip. When our greatest fear comes upon us, we clench our fist and teeth, close our eyes and hold on. We must learn how to let go. We have the capacity to live through any adversity if we simply let go. We cannot stop time or destiny. Whatever is going to happen has already happened, we must learn how to see it through to the end. When we hold on, we prolong the pain. When we dig our feet in, we must be uprooted. When the time comes for growth and change, we must have the courage and faith to let go.

Whatever leaves my life makes room for something better.
